Life can be hard sometimes. It may look like you've got it all together, but you've learned to put on a good mask so people don't see how you're really doing. Your brain is always on. Maybe you overthink things and second-guess yourself. It's hard to talk to anyone about it because either you're the one who takes care of everyone else or there is just no one else who might get it. This is where counseling comes in. You give yourself an hour a week to take the mask off and talk to someone who might be able to help, no filters needed. If you're feeling anxious, sad, alone, or simply stuck, counseling can be a big help. I've been helping folks within the field of social work and therapy for almost 15 years. My primary area of focus has been helping others heal from past traumas which may lead to things like PTSD, anxiety, depression, and low self esteem. Therapy is a big step, and finding the right fit is important. I offer free phone consultations to help you learn more about counseling with me and ask any questions you might have. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing how we might continue your journey together.
