About

I’m Danna and I’d like to invite you to my practice. In our joint sessions we will explore and define your needs in an accepting, warm, non-judgmental environment. We will explore conscious and subconscious patterns and gain a better understanding of how they impact your emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I bring 10 years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) working with children, parents, and families from diverse cultures and backgrounds. In my work, I use play therapy, talk therapy, dyadic work and parent coaching. I also specialize in perinatal and postnatal mood disorders. I aspire to provide an enabling, down

to earth atmosphere as well as using practical tools. Interpersonal relationships have a significant influence on our emotional well-being. I believe that early relationships are the foundation for psychological health. With adults we will explore and process internalized attachment patterns to create understanding and growth. With parents and children,

we will use dyadic therapy or parent coaching in order to strengthen the parent child bond. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from NYU, and completed a post-graduate training in Parent-Infant Psychotherapy from Columbia University in 2015. Ever since, I have been working in various centers and clinics with parents, children and adults.
