I offer a warm, empathetic, judgment-free space for adults and couples. This space will invite you to explore all the parts of yourself while finding more compassion and curiosity towards the parts you struggle to connect with. I am devoted to working collaboratively with you, to uncover more of who you are and what you strive to be. My approach to therapy is rooted in anti-oppression and decolonization. I utilize concepts and techniques from psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapy, IFS, and Mindfulness. My experience has been working with individuals and couples ranging from teens to late 70s who are suffering from chronic illness, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. I am passionate about building a trusting and supportive relationship with my clients. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to connect with people and to help them find their inner strength and wisdom. I aim to support you in living freely and authentically; to access more love towards yourself and others. I hope to join you on this beautiful journey.
