I recognize that coming in for therapy can be difficult and change is scary. My goal is to ensure that my clients feel safe and to help them see their potential. It is also my goal to help clients see that to be vulnerable is a sign of strength and not weakness.

My main focus is to help clients build upon strengths and to encourage to utilize those strengths to help them overcome any obstacle that they are experiencing. I work to build rapport with clients and meet them where they are through validation and unconditional positive regard in order to meet their specific needs and help them work towards their goals.
