About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY currently providing video psychotherapy sessions. I see teens, adults, and couples who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, academic stressors, and identity development. I approach psychotherapy holistically, integrating models such as Internal Family Systems Theory, The Ackerman Relational Approach, and Trauma Theory. Working in an environment focused on social justice, it is important to me to be able to help clients navigate issues related to experiences of racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and sexism.

My intent is to work collaboratively with clients to develop and support their own personal goals and journey of healing. I got my Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. I have postgraduate training in couples and family therapy from The Ackerman Institute, and I am also trained as an Internal Family Systems Therapist.

I truly enjoy getting to know each new client's inner world, and helping you harness your own self-love for transformative healing. I will work with you to better understand why you think and feel the way you do, build healthy relationships, and make choices that bring you closer to how you want to live. If that sounds interesting to you, reach out!
