About

In a world that seeks to disconnect us from our inner wisdom and authenticity, I think therapy, in its best form, is a reclamation of who we really are. I believe therapy has the opportunity and responsibility to enact revolutionary change in our lives, our relationships, and our communities. To do this, we'll embark on a journey of greater self-awareness, understanding, and compassion. Oftentimes, we carry with us patterns and narratives that formed during our earliest years and in our work together we'll turn these narratives on their head to get at the truth of the person that you want to be and the life you want to live.

I integrate psychodynamic therapy from an intersectional, feminist, lens with elements from ACT, DBT, and astrology, focusing on issues of identity development, relational and racial trauma, and mood disorders. My approach fosters a supportive environment where genuine human connection thrives, empowering you with tools to navigate life more intentionally.

Overall, my approach to therapy has been described as “warm and fuzzy” but don’t let this fool you because above all, I value being real with my clients and fostering a relationship that is grounded in collaboration, honesty, emotional embodiment, and frequent laughter.
