Welcome to A Phoenix Life Counseling & Consulting Services! As the owner of the practice and a trauma-specialized therapist, I am excited to work with you and be a part of your healing and growth journey! What I Bring to the Table: I provide therapy for individuals, families, and couples; adults and youth. I see clients virtually throughout the state of VA and am available to see clients in person through the use of public space or nature trails in the Hampton Roads Area. Group therapy to be offered soon as well. Who I am as a Person: I come from a military and first responder family and support the sacrifices they make. I run my private practice in addition to I work with the Psychiatric Emergency Response department at Sentara. I am a strong believer that we benefit from constantly learning, being in nature and life is not meant to do alone.
