I view therapy as a collaborative, empowering process. My purpose as a clinical psychologist is to provide evidence-based treatments tailored to client diversity factors. As a team we will examine what is working well, where you are experiencing challenges and what new skills are needed to achieve a fulfilling life. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to approach difficult life experiences. In addition to treating general mental health concerns, I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD and addictive behaviors. I also work with partners of individuals with sexual compulsivity in the areas of infidelity and betrayal trauma. If you would like to take an active role in improving your quality of life while learning tools to foster lasting change, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
