About

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working primarily with adolescents and young adults. I am passionate about reconnecting clients to pieces of themselves that have been fragmented by traumatic experiences, anxiety, anger, grief, and a host of other challenges we face in our daily lives. The majority of my passion and therapeutic experience has come from working with adolescents and young adults. I work primarily with clients dealing with challenges that include trauma and PTSD symptoms, grief, anger management, anxiety, relationship issues, and phase-of-life challenges.

I use traditional talk therapy and prioritize building a therapeutic relationship where my clients feel safe and supported; validated and understood. I believe in the mind-body connection and bring that into my work as often as appropriate.

While I am well trained and continue to educate myself daily on the best practices, I hope to create an environment that feels more like talking with a friend who just happens to know all the right questions to ask and leaves you thinking deeply about yourself following our interactions.
