Accepting new clients, please reach out with any questions you may have! Licensed in both CT and MA. Finding a therapist who you trust and feel heard by can be equally as challenging. But that’s where I would like to come in! I believe in building a strong, therapeutic alliance with the children and families I work with so that they feel validated, respected, and supported. My clients describe me as involved, nonjudgmental, enthusiastic, and easy to talk to. I respect all identities, I particularly enjoy working with LGBTQ+ youth, questioning individuals, and gender nonconforming folks. I place a strong emphasis on a family approach, which means I can include caregivers in treatment to maximize the benefits of a holistic and systematic approach. My areas of clinical specialty include: child/adolescent anxiety and depression, peer and family relationships, foster care/reunification/adoption, parenting/coparenting skills, gender affirming care, ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, anger management, young adults transitioning to adulthood, and maximizing healthy family functioning.
