Hello! I am here to help you heal and grow. I utilize psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy and work with you to create a clear treatment plan to help you determine your goals. I provide telehealth counseling services to children, teens, adults and families. I specialize working with Neurodiverse individuals as well as a variety of other challenges including anxiety, depression and trauma throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I have experience and passion working with the LGBTQ communities. I specialize working with neurodiverse and LGBT individuals offering a safe, nurturing space to be yourself. I engage CBT to help you identify what is working and not working in your world and how to either cope, change or avoid aspects of each. Do you feel that this world was not built for you? Many people do. I want to help you identify who you want to be and how you want to take up space in this world.
