About

My ideal client is any individual, from teen to older adult, who is experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, spiritual or religious issues, feeling stuck in their life, having difficulty adjusting to life circumstances, and/or feeling unseen and unheard. He/she/they seeks to be heard with true acceptance, curiosity, and respect. He/she/they then seeks to work towards his/her/their goals in a collaborative relationship that draws upon my clinical expertise, but keeps him/her/they in the driver's seat.

I can help by hearing and witnessing your story, and then by working with you to make you stronger and more able to live a life that feels truly aligned with your heart, mind, and spirit. I am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems, and I also utilize Solution-Focused Therapy and grief counseling. I also specialize in groups.

It takes a great deal of courage to seek help. Doing so is already a big step in the right direction! I promise to help you feel comfortable and to work towards your goals at your pace.
