About

With over 25 years of experience as a psychologist, I am passionate about helping clients find clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose. My humanistic approach sees each person as more than the sum of their challenges, and I focus on both strengths and areas for growth. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. In our telehealth sessions, we’ll explore patterns and habits that impact your life while building a psychological took kit to help you better manage day to day life.

I see psychotherapy as an empowering partnership where we work together to develop psychological tools that support you in becoming your best self. In our sessions, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and habits that impact your life, while also nurturing your inherent strengths and resources.
