About

I work with clients who struggle with: unresolved emotional injury, trauma, self-worth, relational connection, mood/emotional problems, addictions, compulsive behaviors, and spiritual issues. I also work with members of the clergy (pastors, priests, missionaries, ministry leaders) who struggle with deep personal issues but lack a safe, nurturing space in which they may experience support and healing. My clients all seek and deserve healing in their lives and relationships.

I offer a safe space in which you can - perhaps for the first time ever - experience acceptance and non-judgment for who you are. I work through an attachment-based and trauma-informed framework - specifically, through the clinical models of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

Because I believe true healing can only happen on a foundation of acceptance and trust, my commitment to you is to provide a place where you can freely come as you are, in which you feel validated within your issues and never judged. Your willingness to seek help is actually a sign of strength and courage, and I will honor that during our time together.
