About

Showing up for yourself is incredibly important, however prioritizing your own needs is often easier said than done. It can be especially challenging if you already feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, and/or lost. Through the therapeutic process, together we can navigate life transitions, explore difficult emotions, resolve conflicts, build on strengths, enhance coping skills, increase self-satisfaction, and gain new insights.

My approach to therapy is creative, compassionate, and collaborative, integrating trauma-informed practice, art therapy, talk therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I seek to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space that fosters growth, healing, and resilience.

I believe we all have creative capacity that we can tap into, and prior art experience is not needed to engage in art therapy. I welcome the opportunity to support, listen, and share in your journey of continued self-discovery and well-being.
