About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens and adults on concerns related to school, work, parenting, relationships or family, stress management, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or panic disorder. I have a passion for working with high school and collegiate athletes, helping them manage the pressure associated with competitive sports. I believe every person has the power to create the life they want. I will work hard to support you as you navigate the ups and downs of life.

I tend to use a person-centered, solution-focused approach, but will incorporate different modalities most effective for your needs. I have 20 years of combined experience in education and counseling. I am down-to-earth, genuine, and understand the realities that today's teens and adults are facing.

I know how hard seeking counseling can be. Asking for help can be difficult, but it is a show of strength. By reading this, you have already made the first step. Let's connect to get started on your journey!
