Welcome! I believe in creating a brave space so that authenticity, creativity, and connection can nourish each clients' healing process. With a humanistic approach, I provide culturally-aware counseling that honors the unique identities of my clients. My clients struggle with anxiety, self-acceptance, perfectionism, and emotional awareness. I also feel passionate about supporting folks with dissociation (including DID), complex trauma, and attachment trauma such as abuse or neglect experienced in childhood. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and also work with clients who have experienced spiritual and religious trauma/adverse experiences. View 5 Photos My approach is nervous system, somatic, and attachment focused. I am EMDR trained and have advanced training in dissociation and emotionally focused work with clients. I am passionate about helping my clients feel safe and at home in their bodies, resolve core wounds, courageously hold their emotions, and build meaningful connections with others.
