About

Do you find yourself feeling unfulfilled, unmotivated, or held back in your relationships and pursuits in some way? Have you experienced loss in your life, and are noticing that your grief continues to impact you in unexpected or overwhelming ways? Perhaps you are hoping to support the growth and development of your child, who is having difficulties in their own social or academic world? By being here, you have taken an important step in trying to connect yourself with the resources you deserve. Allow me to support your journey as we work together to identify and strive towards your goals.

I work in a collaborative way to help individuals get the most out of their experience, and focus not only on challenges or stressors, but also on one's unique strengths. With a flexible approach and evidence-based techniques, we will develop skills while building your sense of self.

I specialize in working with grief and loss, difficulty with life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and parent-child or peer conflict. I am a strong believer in individual's resilience and ability to adapt to stressors with the proper supports, and I look forward to exploring working together.
