About

I have seen what untreated anxiety and depression can do to otherwise healthy people. It can ruin relationships, sabotage careers, and keep people paralyzed from leading their best lives. Even when you know what the right decisions are, anxiety, depression, and other struggles can prevent you from making them. In fact, you may find yourself stuck in a pattern of making decisions that time-and-again work against your best interest. I will work with you in a caring, judgment-free, yet challenging way to help you live with less anguish and more dignity.

I work with both individuals and couples to gain better understandings of how past relationships and experiences have shapes who you are today. We will explore the parts of you that are no longer working to benefit your well-being. Finally, I will help you work through the obstacles that are keeping you from living the life you want to live.

For some, starting therapy can be really tough. Before scheduling your first session, let's first have a 15-minute free consultation to see if I am the right fit for you. I respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
