Looking for love is HARD, and navigating a relationship once you've found it can be even harder. But it doesn’t have to be! From dreading dating to new relationships to individuals recovering from a broken heart, and all those struggling to navigate connections, my passion lies in helping clients define what they want the word relationship to mean to them. As not only a therapist but a dating coach with over half a decade’s experience, I practice a solution-focused, strength-based approach to navigate all types of connections – not just the romantic. My work is collaborative and dynamic: View 3 Photos Together we will explore the past, create real life experiments that lead to lasting change, and unearth the inspiration to help you achieve your goals through an affirming stance on your current story. All while laughing an crying along the way. And trust me – as a new mom with a small business, I know how important it is to have a space to laugh...and cry. I work with partners: straight, queer, interracial, open, and individuals on matters of the heart – especially those needing a relational reality check (life is not a romcom! - but it can be even better) or blunt advice about best practices of dating in today’s age. While looking for love is hard, it is much easier with a relational therapist in your corner.
