Hello! I’m Daija and glad you’re interested in mental health services! I am passionate about working with clients from a variety of different backgrounds with various presenting concerns, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment, family and relationship stressors, disordered eating, grief, and mood dysregulation. I graduated with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University and I am also certified in Trauma-Informed Care. I am a therapist who values the connection with her clients and uses the therapeutic relationship as a foundation to promote growth throughout sessions.
