I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Phoenix, Arizona. My specialty is providing assistance to adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, including complex trauma as well as related issues such as boundary and assertiveness concerns, disordered eating, and substance and behavioral addictions. My ultimate goal is to guide you on your journey towards healing and empower you to become the best version of yourself. I use Interpersonal Neurobiology and the most appropriate therapeutic modality to help you understand your symptoms and teach you strategies to reduce and manage them effectively. My aim is to enable you to live fully in the present and improve your relationships, including your relationship with yourself.
