Life presents itself with known and unknown challenges, at any age and circumstance. My focus is to help individuals cope, learn skill set(s) and recognize how to work through one's issues. Our work together will assist you to better understand your thoughts, feeling, and behaviors, what they mean, and how they relate to your present day challenge; whether it is emotional wellbeing, illness, relationships or life transitions. Together we will work on your journey to deepen your awareness, understand the issues/challenges, needs, and patterns of relating to the issue, and to attain and maintain mindful wellbeing in your daily life. I have extensive clinical counseling/therapy experience working at hospitals/cancer centers, with individuals, couples and families experiencing cancer, and chronic illness/pain. Other areas of specialty are working with individuals experiencing life transitions (changes) which affect an individual's life, relationships, college/career and mental wellbeing. I invite one and all to my practice, who feel that my experience and area of expertise connects with you. Our work together is conducted in a safe space, non-judgmental environment of communication, understanding and warmth. I look forward tp meeting and working with you. For initial contact, kindly call or email me. I return emails and calls within 24 hours
