I consider therapy a partnership, and I love having the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they make positive changes in their lives. Whether you are addressing a painful problem, working through life changes, or simply wish to experience more joy and fulfillment, know that you are not alone. We all need support and a little guidance from time to time! My plan is that we will work together to identify your strengths, your goals, and your path forward. I specialize in treating adults, professionals, and couples seeking to address issues such as anxiety/stress, depression, anger management, trauma, relationship issues, communication, shame and self-worth, women's issues, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach draws on several counseling theories, as I tailor my approach to each client's needs. The modalities I use most often include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Existentialism, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Underlying any approach is my belief in the client's ability to grow and change.
