Hi, I’m Cyndi Oberdan, and if you’re reading my page, I can tell that no matter what you're going through right now, you have COURAGE. Maybe you don’t feel brave, but it takes COURAGE to ask for help, and Courage to venture “into the unknown.” I would be honored to journey with you on this new adventure of yours. I have been serving people for over 15 years. My experience includes serving people with disabilities, (both physical and/or intellectual/developmental), ADHD, abuse/neglect, anxiety, trauma, chronic medical illness, case management and medical social work. Let me help you find peace and joy; to be carefree again. I provide crisis intervention, case management, and counseling services; assisting clients with trauma, adjustment disorder, grief, socioeconomic barriers, basic life skills, enhancing academic skills, & developing coping skills. I also work with couples & families, assisting them with getting to the root of their issues while strengthening the family unit. I'm excited that you're here! Connecting with a therapist can sometimes feel like dating. Sometimes you have to kiss a few frogs before you find the perfect fit. Please don't give up on the first try.
