I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustments disorders, stress, grief, life transitions, substance abuse, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem and PTSD. I offer an honest, caring approach where you can feel comfortable, learn, and grow. I use a collaborative approach to create a unique plan of healing WITH you. I draw from evidenced-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, traditional talk therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
