Hi! I am a LSCW and I received my license to practice in 2002. I have been working in the field of social work for over 25 years and almost 25 years in a therapist role. I have also spent most of my career in the field of trauma treatment and follow trauma informed practices. You are the expert in your life and I am here to guide you on how to start feeling better and in more control of your emotions. I stay up to date on the most effect treatments and I do not do CBT as my main therapy. My greatest strengths as a provider is my practice of unconditional positive regard. What this means is that I will always meet you where you are and give you a safe space where criticism does not exist. This is a no judgement zone.
