Being able to be your true self is one of the strongest components of good mental health. “We have overstretched our personal boundaries and forgotten that true happiness comes from living an authentic life fueled with a sense of purpose and balance.”-Dr. K. Hall I recognize that feeling ambivalent or unsure about making changes is a natural part of the process of therapy. I utilize multiple approaches that are customized to your individual needs. There is not one path for everyone. Flexibility and choice are the cornerstones of my therapeutic approach. Using a combination of different strategies often yields the best results. I am open to working with all demographics especially first responders (healthcare workers included). I was a first responder for 10+ years and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor currently working in an emergency room providing crisis intervention.
