About

I work with individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking relief through an integrative, relational, and somatic approach. Drawing on somatic techniques such as EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, I support my clients in connecting to the felt sense of their bodies as a source of information. I believe that a gentle inquiry into the body’s felt sense allows us to safely integrate the past into the present and clarify what’s true for us in any given moment.

This self-inquiry may lead us to identify past experiences or people that we were hurt by. We can work to repair the impacts of those experiences through self-compassion, grounding in the present, and freeing up the body’s stuck survival responses. In session, I invite movement, shaking, sounds, dancing, poetry, or other forms of creative expression.

Above all, I recognize that each person's healing process is unique and unfolds in its own way. I support clients in attuning to their bodies as an ongoing inquiry and inspiration. If this sounds like a good fit, I invite you to reach out to me.
