About

I have experience working with adults who are struggling with depression, opioid addiction, anxiety, psychosis, substance abuse, perinatal mental health, self-esteem, self-care, gender dysmorphia, ADHD, and a host of other conditions. I continuously work on cultural competence and have experience working with clients from various cultures, backgrounds, ethnicities, and belief systems. My passion for mental health stems from her belief that everyone wants to be comfortable in their skin. I hope to help guide and encourage people to be their most authentic selves so they can not just live and survive, but thrive and become whole.

I utilize several treatment modalities to customize my therapeutic approach to each client individually. I use CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques with a trauma-informed scope and a holistic approach. I offer a warm, friendly, judgment-free space for clients to express themselves openly and honestly.

If you would like to talk to someone about the issues that are troubling you, please don't hesitate to reach out for a free consultation. I offer a warm, friendly, judgement free, safe space so clients can express themselves and their issues honestly, so we can work together to find a solution.
