Welcome to my practice, Attachment Center of Monterey Bay. My focus is on your care and successful outcomes by providing a safe, warm, non-judgemental environment for change, growth, and healing. My approach integrates research-validated, attachment-informed, brain-based treatment with other effective modalities including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and family systems therapies. In addition to many years of clinical and parenting experiences, I actively and regularly participate in continuing education and advanced training to provide you with the best treatment possible. I am trained in treatment of trauma, grief, maladaptive behavior and insecure bonding & attachment. I am certified in Attachment-focused Family Therapy and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, an outcome validated treatment protocol. My practice, Attachment Center of Monterey Bay, is a unique resource for psychotherapy, training and consultation. Associate Professor at John F Kennedy University since 2001, I am skilled at offering workshops, trainings, presentations, case consultation and supervision. I am Vice President of ATTACh.org, and board member for 5 years.
