Once motivated, they are willing to make a commitment to themselves and do the hard work it takes to create lasting change in their thinking, behaviors, and feelings. They are wanting tools & are willing to practice those tools in and out of session until they find the ones that will work for them. I offer a self-help program aimed at helping alleviate depression and anxiety, creating new habits or reducing unhealthy habits, and creating the relationships clients want to achieve. My background in teaching human development and psychology college courses combined with my clinical training in research-based tools (CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT, PBT) helps clients gain insight into how their past influences their current state while providing the tools to change into who they are becoming or wanting to become.
