About

Hi there-thanks for stopping by. I’m here to provide connection and healing for people who use drugs, queer and trans folks, people doing social movement work, and anyone else who feels lost, confused, or disconnected. I work from a harm reduction and trauma-informed perspective to help you reconnect with who you are, what you value, and the skills you have to create agency and autonomy in your own life. I'm interested in the intersections of healing and liberation, and am excited to explore with you how your own healing contributes to a liberated future.

While harm reduction informs everything I do, I pull from a wide variety of theories and modalities, including attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and ACT to best meet clients where they're at. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process and work to build genuine, empathetic, and radically affirming relationships with my clients.

It is such a pleasure and a privilege to be witness to people as they discover themselves and make change in their lives. It would be an honor to begin your therapeutic process with you. Additionally, I provide affordable supervision to clinicians working towards licensure. Please reach out if you are interested in anti-oppressive supervision and practice!
