I work with individuals who are seeking treatment for anxiety, eating disorders, depression, relational issues, and trauma. I'm also deeply dedicated to helping couples navigate communication, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. My name is Courtney, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. My educational background includes a BA in Psychology with a specialization in research, and an MA in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling from the University of Nevada, Reno. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for each individual to explore their unique strengths, abilities, concerns, goals, values, and ultimately, their life story. I advocate for holistic health, and the efficacy of integrated care in treatment. Taking that first step towards seeking support is an act of courage and vulnerability, and I firmly believe that curiosity is the cornerstone of growth. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery.
