About

Accepting New Clients! Finding the right therapist can be daunting, especially with so many options to consider, including approach, specialty, insurance network, and appointment availability. I am currently accepting new telehealth clients and have immediate daytime availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays! If you’re wanting to explore thought patterns contributing to your symptoms, learn new coping skills, or address executive dysfunction and want a therapist who is compassionate yet direct and honest, I may be the therapist you're looking for.

I take a person-centered approach tailored to each individual, combining aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS), solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, executive functioning strategies, and metacognitive therapy among others. I support clients in developing insight and practical skills to decrease symptoms and enhance their overall well-being.

I strive to create a space where everyone feels comfortable being their weird, unique, authentic selves, free from judgment or conditions. If you're interested in services, feel free to reach out via email—I look forward to connecting with you! Please note: I offer only telehealth appointments and one-on-one therapy sessions.
