My approach is laid-back, and person centered; the majority of the sessions I conduct are typically directed by the client. I am a dual diagnosis specialist with two masters degrees (Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Counseling). I am licensed in KY as both an LPCC and LCADC. My training and experience allow me to handle complex issues, so that you get the care you deserve. My own struggles involving mental health issues, specifically depression and anxiety, began at a very young age. Fast forward many crucial years of life to finally receiving a correct diagnosis of ADHD in my early 30s and here we are!
