I think we can all agree that life is challenging at times, but it can be a beautiful adventure, sometimes we just need someone to help us throughout our journey of self-discovery. Our pain, although unpleasant, can be an instrument that leads to growth and healing. The fact that your reading this means you still have hope. I’m glad you made it this far because that tells me that even after all you’ve been through, you believe in the possibility of change. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental space where my clients can be vulnerable and honest about what they’re going through. I work with my clients to find what approach works best for them. I have over 20 years of experience working and advocating for people with disabilities and that experience informs my work as a therapist. One of the best things about being a therapist is being able to witness when my clients’ choose to let go of fear, hold on to hope and work to create the life they want. Transformation does not take place overnight and change can be uncomfortable. I want to be a source of encouragement and support as you make your way through the ups and downs of life.
