Adjusting to disability, diagnosis, and life stressors looks different for everyone. You may be looking for extra support in navigating life's circumstances. Are you having trouble at your job or not sure if going back to work is right for you? Are you having difficulties in your relationships? Have you been feeling down and having a hard time making it through the day? My hope is to provide a comfortable and supportive space for you to tell your story and envision your future. You are the expert of your life. While integrating your cultural and gender identity, I utilize narrative therapy with a strengths-based approach.
