Corey is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate working under the supervision of Tammie D. Martin, M.Ed, LPC-S. His experience ranges from trauma-related issues including, but not limited to, anxiety/depression, grief and loss, anger management, suicidal ideation, and self-esteem. He enjoys working with teens, young adults, families, and couples. Corey uses Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), focusing on solutions rather than problems, building on a person's strengths and resources to achieve their desired outcomes. Also Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Taking the first step in becoming your best self in therapy can be scary, but I am here to assist and support you on your journey. I offer a non-judgmental, safe space where we can build a strong therapeutic alliance to help promote collaborative efforts in healing, coping mechanisms & strategies.
