My journey with mental health has shaped who I am. While everyone's experience is personal, mine fuels my dedication to support others through their challenges. In a society that often misunderstands mental health, I strive to create a haven for self-discovery, reminding you that you're never alone. I hold a Bachelor's from Mary Baldwin University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University. Throughout my career, I've been honored to support a varied clientele, from children to young adults, addressing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to interpersonal struggles and grief. I've also assisted individuals through developmental transitions and various other life challenges. In therapy, I prioritize your unique journey and experiences. At heart, I am an introvert. I revel in video games, Dungeons & Dragons, music, reading, and movie-watching. The kitchen is my playground, whether I'm cooking up a beloved dish at home or sampling new cuisines. I am genuinely intrigued by the hobbies and musical tastes of others, always keen to broaden my own horizons.
