About

I specialize in working with adults navigating intimate partner violence, substance use, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, mood disorders and complex trauma. If you have experienced trauma and have noticed a disconnect between your thoughts (head) and your emotions (heart), I have found EMDR to be incredibly helpful and have watched individuals grow, heal and change in an amazing way. I am trained in DBT and I am currently accepting clients with a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder. I also work with clients who are healthcare workers, as well as individuals who are facing chronic or life limiting illnesses.

I am a LGBTQIA+ welcoming therapist. I utilize approaches such as DBT, CBT, Polyvagal theory and EMDR to support clients in their ability to regulate their emotions, to improve communication within their relationships, to gain coping skills and to pursue a life full of meaning.

In my practice, you will find a safe, inclusive space where you can feel heard and seen. If you are curious about what it is like to work with me, have questions about the process, or are interested in scheduling an appointment, please feel free to reach out to me.
