What is my purpose? How do I stay strong? How to heal? How to be resilient? How to make a comeback? These were among Google’s most frequently searched questions in 2021. That same year the world searched for affirmations more than ever with phrases like “I am worthy, I am loved”. I cite Google’s metric to validate that you are NOT alone. Millions of us are on a quest for self-actualization, clarity around our roles, healing in our relationships, and empowerment in our decisions. With a lot of experience, education, compassion, and curiosity, I am able to provide superior care individualized to your treatment needs. I have advanced training in dialectical and cognitive-behavioral therapies, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and clinical hypnosis. I hold a Master of Science from Columbia University and as the Behavioral Health Fellow at Yale University, completed two years of postgraduate clinical training in the Department of Psychiatry. Whether you want to get unstuck, feel less anxious, live better, or experience vitality in your relationships, my approach to therapy is active, strengths-based, solutions-focused, insight-oriented, and sometimes funny.
