About

“You are the most delightful child in all the world. Having you around just lights up my day.” For many of us, these statements do not resonate with our childhood experience. For others, childhood trauma left visible scars. And yet the child brain is wired for growth in an environment of unconditional love and acceptance. View 4 Photos

If your childhood experience did not include adequate affirmation of your being-ness, you may have developed the belief that love is conditional. The truth – that unconditional love is possible, sounds conceivable for others, but not for you. The good news is that trauma therapy can help to un-do that “wiring” and guide you toward a deeper truth.

You are a Living Well of strength and resilience, as evidenced by your desire to do the hard work of healing. Together, we can tap into your unique beauty and worthiness. Note: My therapy sessions are not about shaming our primary caregivers, but rather bringing awareness to who we are in the present, which includes an understanding of our past.
