In our society it is often acceptable to just live life in survival mode. It is my hope that my clients can surpass feelings of survival, and live a life in which they are not only surviving, but thriving. As your therapist I will honor you and meet you where you are on your mental health journey. In our sessions, I will collaborate with you to ensure we are meeting your needs and goals. I use trauma informed and person-centered approaches which focus on strengths and holistic wellness. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are and feel heard, validated, and respected. I am experienced in working with clients who have a history of trauma, substance use/addiction, depression, grief, and anxiety. I can also provide support for clients who are going through life transitions, navigating LGBTQIA+ issues, experiencing women’s issues, and are looking to improve their self-esteem. Although it seems easy, asking for help can be one of the hardest most humbling things we can do.
