About

My hope is to provide you with a safe environment to explore how your lived experiences have impacted you and may be directing your beliefs, actions, and relationships. I love to work with clients on issues including self-worth, anxiety, stress, life transitions, family of origin issues, and people affected by divorce or family changes. I utilize many theories, often pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

My clients range from college-aged individuals, adults, and premarital couples. I have received training from The Gottman Institute and am pursuing a Certificate in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from The Allender Center at The Seattle School of Psychology & Theology. I would love to find an approach that works best for your needs!

I know it's a big deal to reach out to a new counselor. I am committed to helping my clients discover and become the best version of themselves. I am honored that you would consider me to hear your story!
