Cole Urh (they/she/he) is a therapist with generalist training, though they specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, and emerging adults and their families. Cole has worked with a wide range of clinical concerns and in various settings. He has provided services in outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization, assessment, and residential settings and has worked with young children, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and elderly populations. Specifically, Cole enjoys working on internalizing concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. She is passionate about identity development, navigating the systems someone lives in (familial, occupational, societal, etc), and finding more effective ways to cope. As a member of the queer and neurodivergent communities, Cole loves to work with clients Cole has lived in many different places, but currently resides in Raleigh, NC with their partner, dog, and three cats. They love to crochet, read, write, play TTRPGs, and bake delicious treats.
