About

Sometimes life can seem overwhelming and the pressure to be on top of everything can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression. The stress of life can also lead to feelings of inadequacy and self defeat. My goal as a LCMHC is to listen without judgement, validate your feelings, and help you develop skills to manage stress. In my therapeutic practice, I adopt a person centered approach, valuing each client as a distinct individual. This allows me to tailor interventions to the needs of the client. I provide telehealth services to adult, female clients.

I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) while also incorporating Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Reality Therapy. CBT targets erroneous belief systems while empowering clients to challenge and replace them. It also empowers clients by equipping them with coping skills to manage feelings.

My hope is that by creating an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, you will find the confidence to embark on a journey of growth. My desire is to help you craft your own solutions and empower you to see the potential you have within you. I have a strong Christian faith and incorporate my beliefs into the therapeutic process with those who invite me to.
