About

I am a seasoned bilingual clinician, clinical supervisor, and graduate instructor. My experience in early childhood centers, family counseling programs, hospitals, and hospice covered the developmental spectrum of all ages. My therapeutic approach is humanistic and relational. I received my master's degree from Columbia University School of Social Work in 1999. I speak Cantonese and Mandarin fluently.

I tend to understand my clients through a multigenerational, systematic, and holistic lens. I believe that ultimate change is a progressive process that requires consistent self-growth and positive belief. Clients who like working with me usually appreciate my empathetic understanding, multifaceted knowledge, practicality, and humor.

I believe that everyone is resilient and capable of change. I want to see my clients achieve a balanced and peaceful relationship with themselves, others, and systems. I am only available for telehealth session.
