I believe therapy is the process of making one's life more satisfying... whether that's by making minor "tweaks," or major overhauls- the intention is to help you find your unique strengths and gifts, decide what it is you believe needs to change, and empower you to take those steps forward! I believe that the job of a therapist is to support, and encourage, to listen and acknowledge, and to challenge our clients to see themselves in new ways. I approach therapy using a variety of techniques all intended to help clients develop insight into their own feelings and motivations, and to take the hard steps to achieve new growth! I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trained in Structural Family Therapy. I have years of experience dealing with complex, individual and family struggles. I enjoy working with Teens and Adults dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, school or work issues, and couples or family conflict. We have ALL at one time or another struggled. One of the hardest things for most people to do is to ask for help. If you're here looking at his, you've taken that first step, and that is AMAZING! Making life changes is hard, but I look forward to walking that path with you! reach out, and we can talk about where you are, and where you'd like to go!
