I am a master-level counselor supervisor providing quality mental health care in Kentucky and Ohio. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral and attachment theory approach viewed through the lens of the Christian faith. As a clinician that focuses on healing, I assist my clients in identifying their “hurt problem”, reframing it, and developing solutions that honor God. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, substance use, or other problems, I am able to meet your needs online or in-person. I attended Cincinnati Christian University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry. I continued my graduate level education at CCU and achieved a Master of Arts in Counseling degree. I offer solutions to life-controlling problems, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, interpersonal issues, and more. As a person with lived experience, I empathize with those who struggle. The road to recovery from whatever is holding you back can be difficult, but the rewards of walking out the healing process are immeasurable.
